INGREDIENTS:
1 1/2 cup unbleached flour
1 cup sugar
2 eggs
2 tsp baking powder
1 cup sour cream
1/2 tsp vanilla
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 cup blueberries
Topping:
5Tbsp sugar
2 Tbsp butter
1/2 tsp cinnamon |

DIRECTIONS:
Mix flour with sugar , baking powder, baking soda
and salt.
In separate bowl beat together eggs, sour cream
and vanilla
than add to flour mixture. Mix until smooth. Spread
in oiled
9x9-inch baking pan then add blueberries. Mix
topping ingredients together and sprinkle over batter.
Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes.

INGREDIENTS:
1/2 lb bacon
1 bunch broccoli
1 cup white raisins
1 1/2 cup halved green grapes
1/2 cup sliced celery
1 small package slivered almonds
Dressing:
1 Tbsp cider vineger
1 cup mayo
1/2 cup sugar |

DIRECTIONS:
Cut and fry 1/2 pound of bacon. Break broccoli bunch
into very small pieces. Mix with white raisins,
grapes, celery and almonds. In separate bowl mix
dressing ingredients together. Pour over salad and
toss. |
