INGREDIENTS:
6 skinless chicken breasts
6 slices Swiss cheese
2 cans Cream of Chicken
1/2 can half & half
1 package seasoned croutons
2 cubes melted butter |

DIRECTIONS:
Cut chicken in half and place in oiled casserole
pan.
Place a slice of Swiss cheese on each breast. In
separate
bowl mix 2 cans of Cream of Chicken soup with a
1/2 can of half &
half and then pour over chicken and cheese. Sprinkle
1
package of seasoned croutons and pour 2 cubes of
melted
butter over the top. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
and cook for 60 minutes. |
INGREDIENTS:
¼ lb Montana Range Ground Beef
McCormick's Montreal steak seasoning
3 thick slices of bacon
1 thick slice American cheese
Sourdough bread |

DIRECTIONS:
Grill 1/4 lb Montana Range ground beef and season
with
McCormick's Montreal steak seasoning. Fry up 3 thick
slices
of bacon and also season with McCormick's Montreal
steak
seasoning. Add cheese to hamburger patty and grill
sourdough bread (add butter and garlic salt to bread
for extra flavor.) |
INGREDIENTS:
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/4 cup butter
3 (6 oz) cans minced clams
2 cups diced potatoes
2 cups whipping cream
1 tsp salt
dash white pepper

DIRECTIONS:
In saucepan, saute onion in butter until crisp-tender.
Drain minced clams reserving liquids. Measure reserved
clam liquid and add water to make 1 1/2 cups.
Add clam + water liquid to onion, cover and simmer
20 minutes or until potatoes are tender. Stir in
clams,
whipping cream, salt and pepper. Heat gently, stir
frequently and never boil. |
